Exceptionally happy...
After being mis-sold spray foam many years ago, I contacted this company as i wanted to sell my property and was advised that this would not be possible while the spray foam was in situ. I was kept in the loop by the representative i spoke to (Jamie) and informed every step of the way. The team arrived promptly on the day we arranged and carried out the work impeccably. I can now put my property on the market

My house is over one hundred years old, the brick work needed work and I noticed damp in my lounge as a consequence of this. I was recommended by my neighbour who had previously used this company. They repaired some pointing that needed doing, applied properla to the front and side of my house after repairing the pointing, put in a couple of air bricks. They also freshened up the front. I am so happy with how my house is looking, not only is there no more damp but it looks fresher too.

Large 6 Bed detached property
This beautiful house had the specialist driveway cleaning which also includes sealing, this keeps it looking fresh for years to come and protects it from the elements as well as weeds coming through. The exterior walls were applied with Properla, this protective but breathable solution, protects from damp yet allows the bricks to breathe.
The houses below have all had our 'properla' treatment. This is an exterior and roof application. This water repellant, yet breathable product , stops the water and damp penetrating through the brickwork, while allowing any previous moisture to dry out. The house to the right also had a new front wall with railings to improve the property's kerb appeal.
